Join the best yoga teacher training course in Goa. This course will be presented in a disciplined yet fun and progressive environment. Hosted by Palm Tress Ayurvedic Heritage, it is the perfect place to connect with a traditional yoga practice and surrounding philosophies. The course is fully registered and compliant with Yoga Alliance USA standards. This is a 3 week residential course.
The course is small and cosy, with a maximum of 12 students on the course to ensure heaps of personal attention.
Introduction
The resort sits amongst the palm trees on the backwaters of Goa and is just a short walk from nearby Patnem Beach. With an abundance of hammocks scattered throughout the resort, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, it is the perfect study environment. This Yoga TTC is a residential course with accommodation, breakfast and lunch included. Students are encouraged to dine nearby to sample some of Goan’s finest cuisine in one of the many beach restaurants. Sunset sodas are a must after full day of study.
This course is ideal for you if you would like to take your first steps to becoming a Yoga Teacher. It is essential that applicants are already yoga practitioners and are (at least a little) familiar with Ashtanga Yoga. Or, it can simply offer the opportunity to develop your yoga practice alongside a deeper understanding of Ashtanga Yoga ad Ayurveda.
Students should be prepared to be disciplined in terms of his or her studies, accepting in terms of practice and humble as a student.

Curriculum
This curriculum uses the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga to build an intelligent and functional yoga practice. The course will be presented in a progressive environment with comparative studies of traditional methods and modern thinking. The Ayurveda module runs throughout and will provide guidance for students to practice, on and off, the mat with vitality.

Places are limited on this course. To secure your place, you will need to pay a non-refundable 500 euros deposit to Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage. The balance can be paid on arrival. We accept cash, credit cards and bank transfers. Bank transfers and credit cards are subject to a 4% charge. The cheapest way to pay in in cash.
